But something kept pulling her toward people — toward the moments between appointments, the exhales, the quiet confessions that happen when someone finally feels safe enough to let their guard down.
That pull led her to Elaine Sterling Institute, then to a Georgia state license, then to the creation of Skinfinity Esthetics. Over a decade of hands-on practice later, she brings the same energy every single time: knowledgeable, warm, direct, and genuinely invested in your skin and your wellbeing.

Before Skinfinity, there was healthcare administration. An MHA, a career in managed care, and a system of thinking rooted in outcomes, client experience, and process. Those skills didn't disappear when Chavon walked into esthetics — they transferred.
She founded Skinfinity Esthetics with the same rigor she brought to administration: clear standards, elevated client experience, no shortcuts. Over a decade later, clients return not just for results, but because of the relationship.
They refer their mothers. Their sisters. Their coworkers. Their friends who've "tried everywhere." That's the measure that matters most.

A natural evolution
Holding space has

the work.
After more than a decade of practice, a pattern became undeniable: the treatment table had become a place where clients exhaled emotionally, not just physically. The conversations that happened mid-facial were not incidental. They were the work.
That recognition led Chavon to pursue the M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of West Georgia — not as a pivot, but as the completion of a full circle. Skin care, whole-person care, and the capacity to hold space with professional skill have always been inseparable in this practice. Now the training matches what was already happening in the room.
